Steadman Brown is the exclusive partner to a global FinTech business, looking to hire a Director of Salesforce and GTM Applications. This famous business has built a significant dependency on Salesforce throughout their entire lead to cash process, using the power of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ to enable their international sales teams. They prefer an in-house approach to architecting, innovating and managing Salesforce, vs an external or offshore model, and as a result have built a 10 person Salesforce team, tasked with executing their ever-growing GTM applications roadmap. With Salesforce already live, this is far from a ‘keep the lights on’ post. This business has bold plans to rearchitect their existing landscape and are in early stages review of Agentforce and Agentforce Revenue Management. This role is 2-3x week based in the London office.
Your Role:
- Own the entire Salesforce and GTM applications landscape, including its architecture, development and management, of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and multiple GTM Applications.
- Lead a talented team of Salesforce Administrators, Analysts and Developers throughout the UK.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance leaders to understand their processes, before owning the solution design and enablement of new Salesforce functionality.
- Work with C-level executives to continually refine the GTM Applications roadmap, against wider strategic objectives.
- Collaborate and own relationships with external vendors and partners including Salesforce, Consulting partners and product led vendors.
Your Experience:
- It is imperative you have experience leading Salesforce Sales/GTM platforms previously.
- Highly experienced owning and architecting Salesforce and CPQ solutions at enterprise scale.
- Experienced people managing a team of Salesforce resources.
- Proven experience embedding AI/agentic solutions into SDLC and business processes.
- Experienced working with C-suite, ideally previously reporting directly to a C-level executive.
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Architect, enabling business objectives within Salesforce architecture.
- Previous experience working within a consulting business highly advantageous, given this organisation's close ties with external consulting businesses.
