We are currently supporting a UK business that manufactures and delivers products that support infrastructure around the world. Used by some of the biggest names in the world, they use Salesforce to drive everything as their go-to platform across the company.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be hands-on with the Salesforce platform on a daily basis, configuring the system and ensuring that it continues to deliver for the business. You will work closely with business and department leaders to gather requirements and take those requirements to document and turn into buildable solutions on Salesforce. Automating processes will be key to the position, and you will be building new flows and amending existing ones to save time and manual input.
Key Responsibilities:- Building declarative solutions within Salesforce, primarily on Sales Cloud.
- Utilising flows to automate business processes and reduce manual input.
- Building reports and dashboards to present data to sales teams and business leadership.
- Analyse the Salesforce platform and provide feedback proactively for changes and improvements.
- Manage data quality, imports, exports, and deduplication.
- Support end users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Act as the main point of contact for Salesforce-related requests and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement improvements.
- Manage releases, sandbox testing, and change deployments.
- Liaise with external vendors or consultants when needed.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality (Sales Cloud required; Service/Marketing Cloud a plus).
- Experience with automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
- Confident with reports, dashboards, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
