I'm currently working with an exciting Technology business who are about to start their multi-year Salesforce Implementation and wider Tech Digital Transformations. As the Salesforce Project Manager you will own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Programmes, from initial planning through to execution and closure, ensuring it's delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end to end Salesforce implementation projects from discover to go-live, ensuring the timeline and budgets are met.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to prioritise the requirements and manage expectations.
- You will drive the Salesforce project including requirements gathering sessions and solution design.
- You'll coordinate a strong team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers and Business Analysts.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Salesforce projects, including both greenfield and enhancement implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and ecosystem.
- Experience with change management frameworks and driving user adoption.
