We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Gainsight experience to take ownership of a key Customer Experience platform and help drive its continued development.
You might currently be a Business Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst, CRM Analyst or Systems Administrator.
What matters is that you've worked hands-on with Gainsight and understand how to configure, manage and improve the platform.
This is a varied role combining platform ownership, project work and stakeholder engagement.
You'll manage the day-to-day operation of Gainsight while working with teams across the business to deliver improvements and new functionality.
- What you'll be doing
- Manage and develop Gainsight as a core business platform
- Configure and improve workflows, automation, reporting and dashboards
- Deliver system enhancements and support wider CX technology projects
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges
- Translate business requirements into practical system improvements
- Support data, integrations and the wider CX technology landscape
- Troubleshoot issues and provide support to platform users
- Improve platform processes, governance and adoption
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience administering or configuring Gainsight
- Background in business systems, applications, CRM or CX technology
- Experience delivering system enhancements and projects
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
