We are exclusively partnered with a leading UK business, widely considered as the leaders in their field. They provide vital services to tens of thousands of people every year, and the implementation of one of the biggest Salesforce projects in the country is now powering the business from every angle.

Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join their growing team to play a key role in transforming how they use Salesforce to drive customer and business success. In this role, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is optimised, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and new features.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Marketing functions.
  • Perform system testing, coordinate UAT, and ensure high-quality releases.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to users across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and project managers to deliver continuous platform improvement.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Ability to interpret complex business processes and convert them into clear, structured requirements. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.) Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
