STD Development is in search of a highly motivated Class 1 driver to become a part of our team. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Class 1 Driver to join our client's team. In the role of a Class 1 Multi Drop Driver, you will be tasked with transporting goods and materials over long distances, ensuring their safe and timely delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Transporting goods and materials to various destinations
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional truck driver
- Clean driving record (max 6 points sp30)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of current road safety regulations and industry best practices
- Physically fit
