Details:
- Take responsibility for the organisation and smooth running of both internal and external examinations, understanding regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the school and external examination bodies, ensuring compliance with awarding bodies and the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ).
- Maintain security and confidentiality of exam papers and student data.
- Manage logistics for examination sessions, including timetabling, seating plans, room booking, resources and staffing.
- Carry out necessary administrative tasks related to the organisation of examination sessions.
- Arrange sharing of results with students (e.g., results day) and ensure secure and confidential receipt of results by the school.
- Be familiar with data analysis reports and tools, and share results data with stakeholders as appropriate.
- Comply with all school policies.
