Required experience and skills:
- Experience in managing D&A projects, preferably setting up data platforms in MS Fabric/Azure Databricks.
- Good understanding of data lifecycle, MDM, DQ, and DG.
- Experience in managing CPG customers and a good understanding of the CPG domain.
- Ability to set up project governance and manage changes.
- Effectively manage internal stakeholders and senior stakeholders at the client end.
- Guide the team to plan user stories based on business priorities set by the Product Owner and identify risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate Breakout Sessions, ensuring proper discussions and adherence to timeboxes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, specifically Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective sessions for the teams.
- Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
- Assist with internal and external communication by providing Agile metrics and reporting, improving transparency, and sharing information through burn-up and burn-down charts as well as other means.
- Coordinate with other teams, communicate dependencies, and proactively reach agreements on dependencies.
