We’re looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and performance of our conversational AI products across chat, voice, and digital channels. You’ll drive the development of agentic, multimodal AI experiences that deliver measurable customer and business value.
Key Responsibilities- Own product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for conversational AI across multiple channels
- Lead development of agentic AI and multimodal experiences (chat, voice, IVR, APIs)
- Prioritise high‑impact use cases based on value, feasibility, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery to optimisation
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, FCA, and responsible AI standards
- Drive performance through metrics such as containment, CSAT, and completion rates
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Data, Risk, and Operations
- Lead and develop a small team while fostering innovation and experimentation
- 5–7 years’ product management experience (customer‑facing products)
- 2+ years working with conversational AI (chatbots, voice, virtual assistants)
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
- Experience in regulated environments (ideally financial services)
- Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Data‑driven mindset with strong commercial focus
- Experience with agentic AI, multimodal systems, or speech technology
- Knowledge of API‑led architectures and conversational platforms
- Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, and AI product scaling
