Operations Delivery Manager

Salary: up to £73,000 DOE

Work Life Balance: Hybrid, 2 days per week at our Northampton office

Role overview: Our Operational Delivery Manager will be responsible for translating outcomes and strategic initiatives into action. The role involves managing various projects aligned with:

• Re-mapping the end-to-end customer journey and implementing changes to improve customer experience
• Driving growth by simplifying processes, reviewing systems, scripting, and compliance to support commercial and marketing teams
• Enhancing efficiency by reducing demand, cutting costs, and increasing technology usage to assist colleagues
• Maximizing the return on new technology platforms to implement market-leading tools
• Supporting initiatives that foster a digital-first culture across the group

Essentials:

• Proven experience in delivering multiple projects successfully across operational areas, IT, and processes
• A proactive, hands-on attitude; this role is not for traditional project managers
• Curiosity to challenge the status quo and drive change
• Strong knowledge of operational and risk management principles
• Stakeholder management skills

Bonus skills:

• Experience in the insurance industry or similar sector
