The Role:
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients and partners.
- Track and manage leads in CRM systems; ensure timely follow-ups and updates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the development and execution of sales plans and strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
- Prepare regular reports on business performance, pipeline status, and key metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align efforts and deliver value to clients.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning.
- Ability to analyse financial reports, market trends, and business performance metrics.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Basic knowledge of data protection, compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL for data driven decision making.
- Awareness of business laws, contracts, and corporate governance.
- Ability to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies for business efficiency.

- Experience within the insurance industry (travel experience is a plus) or similar sector experience; eagerness to improve knowledge of the industry is beneficial.
