  • Drive incremental growth both within-channel and across the wider marketing mix.
  • Analysis, Trading & Reporting
    • Monitor performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, turning data into clear insights and actions.
    • Report performance in weekly trading meetings and monthly reviews, clearly communicating results to non-marketers and senior stakeholders.
    • Own channel budgets, forecasting, reconciliation and ROI evaluation.
    • Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles.
    • Build and manage a high-performing affiliate network, setting clear direction and constructively challenging recommendations.
    • Ensure affiliate sales validations and financial reconciliations are completed accurately.
    • Work closely with other channel SMEs to deliver a joined-up, multi-channel approach.
    • Provide clear, structured briefings to agencies, suppliers and internal teams.
    • Manage the creation and ongoing optimisation of channel-specific creative, working with internal designers or agencies.
    • Set up and analyse A/B tests, ensuring accuracy and actionable learnings.
    • Track competitor activity, industry benchmarks and digital best practice to identify growth opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Hands-on experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
    • Minimum of two years’ experience running campaigns independently.
    • Experience managing an affiliate network with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce clear, actionable insights.
    • Ability to explain campaign performance and technical detail to non-marketers, including senior stakeholders.
    • Strong commercial mindset with a customer-first approach.

    • Strong understanding of channel-specific creative best practice.
    • Ability to clearly articulate the role of individual channels within the wider marketing mix.
