The Group's Transformation Function is responsible for realising these strategic objectives through the design, delivery, and management of the Group Transformation Portfolio. We work cross-functionally with experts from Technology, Product, Finance, and other business areas to deliver best-in-class outcomes.
The Senior B2B Partnerships Project Manager at ROCK will be responsible for managing and delivering a portfolio of initiatives designed to drive B2B and corporate customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and renewal. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Comparison, and International Delivery, this individual will work closely with key trading stakeholders across Staysure Group to turn commercial hypotheses into structured initiatives and a defined delivery roadmap. The role requires deep expertise in the travel insurance and insurance markets, combined with strong commercial acumen and project delivery capabilities. This role is customer-facing, working with high-profile B2B and corporate partners. The ideal candidate must be confident managing external relationships and delivering strategic initiatives that align with both partner and Staysure Group business objectives.
What will you do?
- B2B & Corporate Partnership Delivery: Develop and execute a structured delivery roadmap for B2B and corporate partnerships, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities. Translate commercial opportunities into structured initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact. Work closely with key trading, product, marketing, and technology teams to drive initiatives from idea through discovery, design, and delivery. Ensure seamless integration of partner brands into Staysure Group's operational and customer journey frameworks.
- Project Management & Execution: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are effectively scoped, prioritised, and resourced. Implement structured governance and prioritisation frameworks to manage competing priorities across multiple partners. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges to ensure successful execution. Define and track KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and iteration based on performance insights.
- Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B and corporate customers. Build and maintain strong partner relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of joint initiatives. Provide regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. Work closely with commercial, legal, and compliance teams to ensure contractual and regulatory alignment.
- Market & Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the travel insurance and insurance markets to shape commercially viable partnership initiatives. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, ensuring B2B initiatives remain competitive and compliant. Provide thought leadership on corporate customer trends, digital innovation, and operational efficiencies in the B2B insurance space.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of B2B and corporate partnerships.
- Proven ability to translate commercial strategies into structured initiatives and execution roadmaps.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering initiatives that drive B2B and corporate acquisition, engagement, retention, and renewal.
- Experience in managing crossāfunctional project delivery, working across commercial, product, marketing, and technology teams.
- Customerāfacing experience, with the ability to manage and influence relationships with large corporate partners.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders and external partners.
- Dataādriven mindset, with the ability to define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on insights.
