We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who is passionate about developing the true potential of children through a nurturing, inspiring, challenging and motivating environment.
About you
- Calm and caring disposition
- The ability to break down activities into small steps and step teaching
- A team player, willing to work closely with likeminded people who all have the children’s best interest at heart
- Knowledge and understanding in child development and the curriculum
- Passion for enhancing each child’s experiences and building upon their learning
- Ability to ‘step in’ to support the Class Teacher as and when needed, supporting small groups or leading whole class activities
- Ability to work flexibly, adaptable and able to work in line with the needs of the school and the children who attend
