Staycity are looking for a Night Reception Team Member to join the Reception team on a full time, permanent basis. In return you’ll earn a highly competitive salary. Previous Hotel Reception experience is required for this role.

Hours of Work: It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be required to work shifts covering weekends.

Key responsibilities as our Night Reception Team Member will include:

  • Look after the safety and security of our guests whilst they enjoy a relaxing night sleep
  • Act with integrity at all times by knowing the hotel and how you can personally drive the business
  • Deliver excellence by demonstrating a service attitude that exceeds expectations
  • Have the ambition to continuously improve and be able to show that you care by putting your colleagues and guests first
  • You will have expertise in overseeing the operations to ensure you effectively and efficiently deliver great service including problem handling, encourage high team performance, maintaining the safety and security of the hotel and following the policies & procedures required within your role.

Our ideal Night Reception Team Member will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Ideally have at least 1-year previous experience working at the Front Desk in a similar property
  • Always strive to provide our guests with the highest standards in customer care
  • Experience using Opera
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
