We are now seeking to hire a Regional Operations Director for Staycity, covering our Staycity Germany locations, and our exciting 2027 opening in Warsaw, Poland. You will oversee all operational aspects across both hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance. This role requires strategic leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high standards across all areas of operation. This role will ideally be based from Germany, and will involve frequent travel. CVs are to be submitted in English only. Full working proficiency in both English and German is a non-negotiable requirement.

- Experience: At least 5 years of multi-property leadership experience as a Regional Operations Director, with a proven track record of operational success and fostering growth in a hospitality-focused organization.
- Career Background: A blend of corporate experience in early career stages and entrepreneurial leadership.
- F&B Expertise: Experience managing F&B programs.
- Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of European hospitality markets, with fluency or native-level proficiency in German and English.
