Requirements
- Proven track record of 5+ years in the hotel or hospitality industry, with prior experience in housekeeping.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to self‑organize.
- Proficiency in team management, guiding and inspiring your colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Assist our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence.
- Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high‑quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required.
- Lead, train, and motivate: build a cohesive, high‑performing team.
