The Director of Sales, London will lead Staycity Group’s sales strategy and performance across the London portfolio, driving revenue growth through strategic account management, proactive business development, and effective team leadership. The role focuses on building long‑term partnerships, developing the London market strategy, and ensuring Staycity is the preferred accommodation partner for both corporate and leisure guests.

  • 8+ years’ sales experience within hotels or serviced apartments in London, this is non-negotiable
  • Proven track record in leading large high‑performing sales teams, this is non-negotiable
  • Strong network within corporate and travel management sectors
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute and data‑driven, with strong analytical capability
  • Experience in multi‑site or regional leadership
  • Familiarity with CRM and GDS platforms

  • Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and insights to senior management
