- Previous front office experience within a lifestyle or hospitality environment, with some supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of guest service and operations

What you can do for us
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the front desk, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Assist in supervising the front of house team, providing guidance and support during shifts
- Ensure Wilde brand standards, procedures, and SOPs are consistently followed
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and queries professionally, ensuring swift and effective resolution
- Help monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery
- Support check‑in processes, payment verification, and reservations in line with company procedures
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, personalised experience
- Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment

This is not a behind‑the‑desk role. Due to our prime location and high guest volume, this is a hands‑on position where no two days are the same. You’ll be on your feet, multitasking, supporting the team, and responding to a high number of guest enquiries throughout your shift.
