Responsibilities
- Work with the Maintenance Manager to support planned maintenance checks and take a hands‑on approach to reactive maintenance.
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly safety checks and ensure all apartments and public areas are fully operational.
- Participate in preventive and curative maintenance of the premises and equipment, promoting internal measures to protect the environment.
- Assist with managing stocks, equipment and supplies for the department.
- Ensure compliance with current safety procedures, and monitor the condition of the building, technical equipment and all safety and alarm systems.
- Report and reduce all potential and real hazards immediately.
Previous relevant experience and some knowledge of country/property specific maintenance, safety and health regulations in a similar environment or property/hotel is preferred but not essential.
