We’re looking for a Breakfast Cook to join our team and help deliver a fantastic start to the day for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in organisation and cleanliness, and loves preparing high-quality, fresh breakfast dishes in a small, well-run kitchen.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and delivering our daily breakfast menu to a high standard
- Working independently in a small kitchen, managing your time and prep efficiently
- Ensuring excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Managing stock, basic inventory, and minimising food waste
- Helping create a welcoming and relaxed breakfast experience for our guests
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of kitchen experience, ideally in breakfast, café, or hotel service
- Confidence working alone and managing your own section
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and high standards
- A positive attitude and willingness to work with the wider Wilde team
