As Brand Operations Manager, Staycity, you will be responsible for driving brand excellence, guest experience and operational consistency across our European portfolio. Working closely with operational leaders, you will use insight, data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement, support new openings and help shape the future evolution of the Staycity brand. This role operates across Ireland, the UK, France, Germany, Poland and Italy, ensuring our brand standards are consistently delivered while supporting teams to create exceptional guest experiences. Regular travel across the portfolio is required.

What you'll do
- Champion the Staycity Guest Experience
- Own the measurement and continuous improvement of the Staycity guest experience across all properties, analysing guest satisfaction, reputation and operational performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Translate insight into clear actions, partnering with operational leaders to improve guest outcomes and commercial performance.
- Share meaningful guest experience insights and recommendations with senior leadership to inform decision-making.
- Drive Brand Excellence
- Ensure Staycity brand standards are consistently implemented, understood and delivered across the portfolio through practical support, coaching and training.
- Identify best-in-class execution across the business and scale successful approaches across multiple markets and locations.
- Lead the brand audit process, ensuring standards remain current, action plans are delivered and audits drive measurable improvement.
- Enable Growth and New Openings
- Partner with pre-opening and operational teams to successfully launch new properties, ensuring brand standards are embedded from day one through impactful training, tools and resources.
- Work closely with the People Team to ensure brand immersion forms a core part of onboarding and induction experiences.
- Support post-opening reviews, capturing lessons learned and driving continuous improvement across future openings.
- Lead Brand Evolution
- Gather feedback from guests, operational teams and market trends to continuously improve the Staycity proposition.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product, service and operational standards as the business grows.
- Collaborate with the wider Brand Operations team to develop insights, innovations and best practices that strengthen the Staycity brand.
- Play a leading role in shaping the future evolution of the Staycity experience across all markets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in hotel, aparthotel, hospitality or lifestyle operations, ideally across multiple locations and multiple European markets.
- Proven experience driving operational excellence, guest experience and brand standards within a multi-site environment, including supporting hotel openings and operational readiness.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insight into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, coach and build credibility at all levels.
- A structured problem-solver who can balance operational detail with strategic thinking and confidently lead change.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences, with a curious, commercially aware mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Collaborative and relationship-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability is essential.
- Courageous in challenging the status quo and committed to raising standards across the business.
- Fluent in English, additional European languages are an advantage.
