Staycay Management Ltd is a fast‑growing serviced accommodation management company specialising in short‑term rental and Airbnb property management. We are looking for a proactive and organised Airbnb Property Manager to join our team full-time.

This is a hands‑on role overseeing a portfolio of properties across Sheffield, Manchester, the Peak District and Cheshire. You’ll ensure our homes are maintained to a high standard, manage guest communication, coordinate cleaners and contractors, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating property maintenance, cleaning and inspections
  • Managing guest communications, check‑ins and check‑outs
  • Handling issues quickly to ensure excellent reviews
  • Managing listings, pricing and occupancy across booking platforms
  • Updating property owners and supporting performance improvements

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, hospitality or serviced accommodation (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Confidence in dealing with guests and contractors
  • Flexibility to travel (full UK driving licence required)
