If you are a hardworking individual who is a friendly night owl, with a bubbly personality, and a great team member, who can offer not just a bed for the night for our guests, but an experience, then you are the right person we are looking for!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting incoming guests
- Providing outstanding guest services
- Creating a safe and friendly environment for our guests
- Ensuring an efficient Front Desk experience for guests, including check in and check out
- Completing the shift procedures, night audit and other relevant reports in a timely manner
- Carrying out cleaning duties
- Setting up the breakfast room and helping to prepare breakfast
