The Role: Guest Service Agent (Receptionist) - 40 hrs/week

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel and the heartbeat of our guest experience. From check-in to check-out, you’ll ensure every guest feels truly welcomed and cared for.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle check-ins, room allocation, and check-outs
  • Manage and adjust room reservations
  • Respond to guest needs, complaints, and special requests
  • Present hotel services and promote loyalty programs
  • Maintain a tidy, secure, and efficient front desk
  • Process payments and run administrative reports
  • Hosting social evenings for our guests
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations
