Stay Hosted seeks a hands-on Maintenance Co-ordinator to care for 35+ short-term properties across the Midlands. You’ll own maintenance logs, coordinate local trades and keep properties guest-ready between stays, with proactive inspections and landlord updates.
Based in the West Midlands with travel to Leamington, Warwick, Rugby, Stratford-upon-Avon and nearby areas, you’ll join a growing team and share weekend on-call duties. A van or mileage allowance is provided.
