Stay Connected Family Time is expanding, and we are looking for caring, dependable local practitioners based in the Buckingham and Milton Keynes area to support an exciting new role working in partnership with Buckinghamshire Council.

The Role

Family Contact Support Worker

• Supervise and support child-centred family contact sessions
• Promote safe, positive, and supportive interactions for families
• Complete clear, professional session records and reports
• Work flexibly across Aylesbury, Buckingham, Milton Keynes, and wider Buckinghamshire

Who We’re Looking For

• Based in Buckingham / Milton Keynes or surrounding Buckinghamshire areas
• Driving is essential – Must have access to a vehicle
• Enhanced DBS – Already in place or willing to update
• Strong written skills – GCSE English or equivalent and confidence in report writing
• Reliable, compassionate, and child‑focused approach

This Role Is Ideal For

• Experienced social care or family support professionals seeking additional or flexible work
• Students studying towards NVQ Level 3 or above in Child Care / Social Care
• Individuals with relevant experience supporting children and families and a genuine passion for helping others
