The Role: As a Night Receptionist, your role will include ensuring that each of our guests receives the warmest and most genuine of welcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring that they are checked in and checked out with minimal disruption. You will be fantastic at dealing efficiently with guest inquiries and providing as much information about the hotel, our services and the local area is an important aspect of your role.
The Person: The ideal candidate will have a great 'can do' approach to customer service, enjoy working with others, and maintain a friendly approach to everyone who you come in contact with. You will be required to work evenings and weekends.
