Responsibilities
Managers at Stax lead teams, develop and motivate colleagues, and support firm growth initiatives. You will scope projects, frame issues, write proposals, onboard teams, and manage daily engagement operations. You will facilitate analyses, quality control, and develop insights with the team, including directors. You’ll present findings and conclusions to clients, with high visibility and impact.
This role offers exposure to diverse industries and direct interaction with client management. You’ll own projects while working closely with senior leadership, with opportunities to develop client relationships and grow professionally.
Compensation includes a competitive salary and incentive program. Travel is minimal (around 10%).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, strategic planning, or private equity/venture capital.
- MBA preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Strong strategic thinking, research, analytical skills, and knowledge of consulting frameworks.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research, market sizing, forecasting, regression, and related analyses.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
- Experience coaching and managing consultants or similar roles.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate ideas clearly and logically.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, survey tools, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with global teams is a plus.
- High initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, detail-oriented, curious, team player.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
