An exciting opportunity to join Stax Trade Centres, the UK's biggest non-food Cash & Carry & Delivered Wholesaler as a Telesales Assistant has become available. Working 39 hours over 5 days Monday to Friday.
You will be responsible for growing sales and profitability from an established customer base, but importantly for bringing on board new customers, whilst increasing our brand identity. To be fully aware of all marketing initiatives and promotions offered through Stax and our suppliers.
We offer a range of over 40,000 products and services across multiple categories supplying numerous customers from Independent Retailers and Garden Centres to Internet Traders and Buying Groups and more. The best possible relationship must be established and maintained between Stax Trade Centre and its customers.
You should behave in a friendly and confident manner and adopt an effective technique when speaking with customers on the telephone, have sound product knowledge and can demonstrate the ability to satisfy customer requirements.
