Stax is partnering with a fast-scaling AI platform transforming how enterprises capture knowledge, take action, and automate work. Voice is becoming one of the most powerful input modalities within their product ecosystem — and they’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and scale this pivotal area. If you’re excited by the intersection of voice, AI agents, and enterprise workflows, this is one of the most influential roles you can take on in the market today.
Why Voice Matters
Some of the most valuable information inside modern companies lives in conversations — customer calls, internal meetings, sales discussions, onboarding sessions, and field interactions. Turning this spoken content into structured, actionable insight unlocks enormous potential. Voice enables the platform to deliver:
- Voice → Action: turning spoken insights directly into tasks, updates, and decisions
- Voice → Memory: converting calls and meetings into structured knowledge objects
- Voice → Reach: allowing the product to be used seamlessly across calls, shop floors, vehicles, and live environments
As the Senior Product Manager for Voice, you will define how voice integrates into real-time AI agent workflows, knowledge systems, and a rapidly evolving enterprise automation platform.
What You’ll Lead
- Lead voice strategy across internal and customer-facing workflows
- Conduct market and competitive intelligence across:
- Industry verticals (e-commerce, fintech, telco, logistics, SaaS, etc.)
- Product verticals (support, sales, onboarding, internal ops)
- Regional factors (ASR quality, regulatory nuances, telephony norms across NA/EU/APAC)
- Safe, reversible actions
- Clear escalation thresholds
- Preservation of real-time context
- Full auditability within the platform
Go-to-Market Partnership
Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success to:
- Identify where voice creates the highest commercial leverage
- Shape demos, narratives, and customer value cases
- Support PoCs with measurable, trackable outcomes
- Influence packaging, pricing, and launch readiness
Roadmap Ownership & Technical Depth
Own the end-to-end roadmap for voice: capture, interpretation, and action layers
- Work with engineering to build reusable components and infrastructure
- Ensure voice becomes a first-class surface within the product, fully integrated into its knowledge and agent layers
Metrics & Measurement
Define and track success metrics such as:
- Quality: accuracy, latency, safety, action correctness
- Outcomes: automation impact, time saved, adoption growth
- Experience: continuity of handoff flows, user satisfaction
What Success Looks Like
- Voice capabilities adopted across key workflows and customer segments
- Significant uplift in platform usage through voice-first capture and actions
- Meaningful reduction in manual conversational follow-up or data entry
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 5–8+ years PM experience in AI, SaaS, or highly technical product environments

- Strong cross-functional execution across engineering and GTM teams
- Exceptional skills in product discovery, customer engagement, and writing clear product specs
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with telephony or CCaaS ecosystems
