Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will oversee daily bar activities, maintain high service standards, and support staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the bar team, providing guidance and support
- Oversee daily bar operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and operational standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Train new employees in bar procedures, food safety, and customer service
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending and hospitality management
