We are looking for a football-mad intern to join the Statz.ai team this summer. If you are obsessed with football stats, spend too much time on LiveScores Apps and love putting together bet builders on a Saturday morning, we want to hear from you.
Statz.ai is a new platform built for football bettors and fantasy players. We combine sharp data, smart visualisations and predictive models to help users make better decisions. We have launched with football and cricket coverage and are growing quickly.
We are a small, nimble team working across data science, UX, and content—and this is a great opportunity to get stuck into a wide range of projects, learn fast, and make a real impact.
- Supporting the team with testing new features across the website and mobile app
- Exploring football betting markets (especially player and bet builder markets) to identify gaps or opportunities
- Helping us create and refine football data insights (especially team/player stats relevant to betting or fantasy)
- Helping QA/check model outputs and content before it goes live
Requirements:
- Understand football betting markets inside-out—especially player props and bet builders
- Have a strong interest in football stats, analytics, fantasy football (and supporting tools like Hub/Fix/Scout)
- Bonus: experience with Python, R, SQL, or product design/testing
Paid, flexible summer role with lots of autonomy.
As part of your application, tell us your favourite bet builder sob story and/or favourite current football market.
