The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our continued growth in the UK and Europe. This is an entry-level role for someone looking to break into the world of digital PR and sales at a dynamic, fast-paced agency. As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging prospective clients through outbound outreach. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and play a key role in setting the tone for long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospect new clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media
- Research and qualify new leads, including executives, founders, and public figures
- Book and coordinate qualified sales calls for our senior team
- Collaborate with the wider sales and strategy teams to refine outreach and messaging
- Track your activity and pipeline in HubSpot CRM and Lemlist
- Meet or exceed KPIs around outreach volume and meetings booked
- Keep up with industry trends and build a knowledge base around digital PR, SEO, and reputation management
- Adhoc admin to support Account Managers.
Who You Are
- A confident, proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Curious and commercially aware, with an interest in media, branding, and current affairs
- Strong researcher and highly organised — you enjoy digging into Google and LinkedIn to find the right people
- A team player with a good sense of humour and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working remotely in a structured, performance-driven environment
- Sales or client-facing experience is a plus, but not essential
- A 2:1 degree or equivalent experience preferred

- £30k – £35k base salary, with £45k – £50k realistic OTE
