About the role
As a UI/UX Designer for STATSports, you will be a part of our UI & Web team and play a vital role in shaping the look and feel of our digital platforms.
We’re looking for a creative powerhouse with amazing UI design, graphic design and multimedia skills who can design highly creative visuals and create seamless and engaging user experiences. You’ll get to work with amazing assets from our brand ambassadors like Harry Kane and the All Blacks to drive growth across over 100 countries across the world.
Working as part of the UI & Web team, as well as the wider marketing and product teams, you’ll work on STATSports’ software products, websites and in-season campaigns, producing bespoke designs to roll out across multiple platforms including mobile, tablet, desktop, watch apps and emerging technologies.

About You
We’re looking for a mid to senior level UX/UI designer who has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices and a proven track record of designing interfaces across a range of mediums. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and a keen eye for detail. This role requires a lot of collaboration and will suit someone who has experience managing multiple briefs at once ranging from asset design, wireframes, and user flows.
You’ll need to have:
- Strong track record of designing user interfaces for different mediums including responsive websites, e-commerce stores, web software and mobile apps.
- An impressive portfolio showcasing your design concepts through to execution.
- Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
- Expert Knowledge of design tools including Figma and Photoshop.
- Hands on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile platforms, as well as conducting user testing sessions.
- Experience collaborating across different teams including marketing and software departments to align designs with organisational goals.
It would be great if you:
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience working with other Adobe Creative Cloud apps like Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premier Pro.
- An strong interest in health, fitness and sports industry.
- An interest in wearable tech.
- Pro-active with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Experience leading the management of a design system.
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
