About The Role

The coordinator will work closely with the Order Processing team lead to ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments. There will be focus working across multiple departments to ensure equipment is shipped on time and assisting with any stock discrepancies. This role will be based in Newry, Co. Down, Northern Ireland.

What you’ll do:

  • Accurately processing sales orders, stock returns and stock movements across multiple locations
  • Transacting intercompany shipments
  • Be the point of contact for sales, account management and warehouse to deal with queries and issues as they arise
  • Provide support during stock takes
  • Liaise with other departments to support in accurate and timely shipment processing
  • Assist in pricing updates within the ERP system
  • Monitor inventory levels and movements, ensuring alignment with financial records
  • Assist with month-end processes
  • Continued implementation of process improvement within sales shipments and sale returns
  • Support with ad hoc projects and ability to improve finance processes

About You

You’ll need to have:

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Understanding of ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Navision)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work with other team members to meet necessary processing and reporting deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience with ERP Accounts Packages, ideally in Microsoft Navision
  • Experience with Power Query and Power BI
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • High level of accuracy & excellent attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills and general accountancy acumen
