Stats Perform is looking for a Tennis Operations Specialist to supervise and coordinate our global network of Tennis Data Collectors across WTA Tour events worldwide. No prior supervisory experience required - we welcome tennis enthusiasts ready to step into a leadership role!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operations & Delivery: Lead the planning and delivery of all WTA events in line with the annual schedule and KPIs. Conduct official onsite data collection at WTA events to the highest standards. Ensure operational coverage targets are consistently met and delivered within budget. Identify and implement cost-efficient strategies across your network.
- People & Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a global network of Tennis Data Collectors at WTA events. Develop and deliver consistent training and recruitment procedures to maintain a high-quality network. Manage team communications to ensure awareness of process changes, coverage updates, and operational goals. Champion the wellbeing and engagement of your freelance data collection team.
- Strategy & Improvement: Establish local risk and integrity strategies for each event. Regularly review operational structures to improve efficiency. Continuously launch initiatives to meet and exceed KPIs. Participate in software testing and cross-functional projects as required. Support wider Fast Data Operations teams across sports where needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential Skills: Tennis Knowledge - Excellent understanding of the game and WTA Tour. Communication - Strong English skills, written and verbal. Global Mindset - Ability to engage and motivate a diverse, international team. Flexibility - Willingness and availability for frequent international travel. Problem-Solving - Results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Desirable Skills: Experience in training or supervising teams. Data collection experience. Knowledge of additional sports (especially Football/Soccer). Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments across multiple geographies.
