- Independently drive initiatives that lack a natural owner, require leadership capacity, or have stalled due to complexity, competing priorities, or organizational friction
- Lead efforts within an individual function or across the enterprise, depending on business need and executive priorities
- Rapidly assess underperforming, inefficient or ambiguous processes, programs, operating models, and organizational structures
- Build initiative structures from scratch where none exists - defining scope, sequencing workstreams, identifying dependencies, establishing governance, and driving execution
- Drive accountability across senior stakeholders who do not report to this role, using influence, clarity, and follow-through rather than hierarchy
- Surface risks and blockers early, elevate with context and recommendations, and maintain momentum in the face of competing organizational priorities
- Deliver measurable outcomes by driving initiatives from diagnosis through implementation and sustained adoption
- Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in management consulting (top-tier firm strongly preferred), internal strategy, business transformation, Chief of Staff / transformation function, or a comparable strategic execution role
- Proven ability to independently lead complex functional and cross-functional programs from diagnosis through implementation and measurable outcomes
