We are seeking a strategic and commercially-minded Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in the Paddington office. In this critical role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to align our HR initiatives with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and coaching to support the achievement of business goals.
  • Talent Management & Succession Planning: Lead talent reviews, identify high-potential employees, and develop robust succession plans.
  • Organizational Development: Partner with business leaders to design and implement organizational structures that optimize efficiency, agility, and performance.
  • Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues with empathy and fairness, understanding UK employment law.
  • Performance Management: Champion continuous performance management processes, empowering managers to provide meaningful feedback.
  • Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and reinforce core values.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and measure the impact of HR programs.
  • Change Management: Guide leaders and teams through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as a Senior HRBP or in a similar strategic role.
  • Previous experience in the technology, data analytics, or sports industry is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of UK employment law and best practices in employee relations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategies to commercial outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR data to drive actionable insights.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
