Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Close: Accountable for monthly P&L reporting. Deliver management accounts with variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior year. Execute timely and accurate monthly close processes for assigned areas.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting process. Drive quarterly forecast cycles in partnership with business stakeholders. Ensure alignment of revenue and investment projections with commercial strategy.
- Financial Modelling & Analysis: Provide consultation on financial models for stakeholders, lenders, and more. Support scenario planning tools to evaluate commercial initiatives and investment. Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Bespoke Investment Management & Valuations: Accountable for investment valuation and amortisation reporting. Manage investment portfolio analysis and financial impact assessment. Provide strategic guidance on investment acquisition and renewal decisions.
- Revenue Share & Commercial Analytics: Own computation and reporting of revenue share arrangements. Analyse revenue share performance and provide commercial insights. Support optimization of revenue share agreements with partners.
- Business Intelligence: Accountable for Power BI and Salesforce (SFDC) dashboard development and maintenance. Design and implement reporting tools for finance and business teams. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across business intelligence platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced financial modelling expertise in Excel across P&L, with particular focus on revenue recognition and bespoke cost of sales accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce reporting and analytics.
- Strong understanding of revenue share mechanics and commercial partnership structures.
- Deep knowledge of investment valuation and bespoke amortization principles.
- Exceptional business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to commercial teams.
- Strategic mindset with ability to influence commercial decision-making.
- CIMA qualification.
