As a Director of Sales at Stats Perform, you will lead commercial strategy for a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients across Media, Team Performance + Tech. You will build trusted relationships with senior executives, drive retention and growth, and uncover new opportunities within complex organizations. Partnering cross-functionally, you will oversee all aspects of account management, from strategic planning and renewals to expansion and consultative solution delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through retention, expansion, and new business within strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans with multi-year growth strategies and executive engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead complex negotiations and renewals, ensuring high customer satisfaction and value realization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales/account management experience with proven success.
  • Experience selling to C-suite and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong account planning, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives.
