Stats Perform is looking for a visionary Creative Director to elevate and define the brand's visual identity. This role is ideal for someone with a product design background who can take our creative brand to the next level. We have built a strong foundation - now we need someone to push our visual identity to new heights. Experience in sports organizations is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a bold, cohesive creative vision across all marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Own and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and innovation across all channels.
  • Create high-impact creative assets for digital campaigns, print, and video projects.
  • Inspire and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and dynamic creative culture.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, critiques, and concept development, pushing boundaries to innovate.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure go-to-market materials are visually compelling and effective.
  • Champion the power of design and creativity across the organization, ensuring brand consistency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in delivering high-impact creative campaigns across digital, print, and motion.
  • Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of branding and storytelling in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and developing creative teams in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
