As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations & Technology team. This role sits at the centre of our AI and automation transformation – working across senior leadership, data teams, product, engineering and operations to analyse problems, build business cases and drive the adoption of new technologies. You will help us identify high-impact opportunities, shape strategic initiatives and scale AI-enabled tools across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Conduct detailed analyses of operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product and AI teams to understand business requirements and shape high-value initiatives.
- Structure complex business problems into clear opportunities, assessing business impact vs. effort and building supporting business cases.
- Identify, prioritise and support delivery of AI and automation use cases across the organisation.
- Test and evaluate new technologies, run pilots, gather user feedback and support adoption of AI-powered tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards, analytical models and workflows to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Develop automated reporting and KPI frameworks to measure operational and technology performance.
- Create clear documentation, training materials and communication plans to support change management and technology rollouts.
- Present insights, recommendations and findings to senior leadership in a clear and structured way.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, Technology or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, corporate strategy, consulting or technology/business analysis roles.
- Strong analytical skills with high data fluency; confident working with data sets, dashboards and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python or R is a plus.
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation or technology-led change initiatives.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards, analytical workflows or data models.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence or similar tools.
- Experience running discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions or stakeholder alignment activities.
- Interest in emerging technologies and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.
