Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analyses of operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product, and AI teams to understand business requirements and shape high-value initiatives.
  • Structure complex business problems into clear opportunities, assessing business impact vs. effort and building supporting business cases.
  • Identify, prioritise, and support delivery of AI and automation use cases across the organisation.
  • Test and evaluate new technologies, run pilots, gather user feedback, and support adoption of AI-powered tools.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, analytical models, and workflows to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Develop automated reporting and KPI frameworks to measure operational and technology performance.
  • Create clear documentation, training materials, and communication plans to support change management and technology rollouts.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and findings to senior leadership in a clear and structured way.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, corporate strategy, consulting, or technology/business analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with high data fluency; confident working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-led change initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards, analytical workflows, or data models.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience running discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, or stakeholder alignment activities.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.
