We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Training and Development Manager to lead our learning initiatives and enhance the skills and competencies of our workforce.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing, and implementing training programs tailored to our civil engineering team. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that the training aligns with company goals and industry standards. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
