As an HR Advisor / Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for supporting our employees and management by providing thorough HR guidance across various functions. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to management and employees on all HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
