In this role, you will be responsible for specialised vehicles designed to clean streets, parking lots, construction sites, and other public or private spaces. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that sites remain tidy, preventing debris from causing hazards and disruptions. Must have a Valid clean HGV Class 2 – Class C License
Operating 07.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday, with overtime when and as required for Operations, including some weekend working.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Sweeper Vehicles: Drive and manoeuvre street sweepers or other cleaning vehicles to clean streets, parking lots, and other areas in compliance with company or municipal standards.
- Inspection and Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the sweeper vehicle. Identify and report any mechanical issues or necessary repairs to maintenance personnel.
- Clean-Up Operations: Remove debris, dirt, leaves, litter, and other materials from designated areas. Ensure surfaces are clean and safe for pedestrians and vehicles.
- Document Work: Complete all required paperwork, including work logs, maintenance reports, and safety checklists.
- Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe driving practices.
- Support in Emergency Clean-Ups: Respond to emergency clean-up requests or hazardous situations, such as spills, accidents, or road hazards.
- Communication: Report any hazardous conditions or obstacles to supervisors, and work with the team to ensure efficient clean-up operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 2 – Class C License: Must have a clean driving record.
- Experience: Prior experience operating street sweeper vehicles or similar machinery is preferred, though on-the-job training may be provided.
