Statom Group Ltd. is a leading civil engineering company specializing in Demolition, Groundwork, and Structures. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Architectural / Visualisation Technician to join our innovative design team.
In this role, you will leverage your proposals to create concept, and detailed architectural drawings, 3D visualizations, and technical specifications for various construction projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers and inhouse teams to bring concepts to life and ensure that project objectives are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software and relevant design tools.
- Develop 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop project specifications and standards.
- Conduct site surveys and gather data to inform design decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design outputs.
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials for client meetings and project reviews.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies relevant to architectural visualisation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.).
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
