Statkraft UK is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our London HR team. Based in London, you will provide quality HR advice across the employee lifecycle to the UK business within a four-person HR team and report to the Head of HR.
You will deliver practical HR guidance, manage employee relations matters end-to-end, coach managers, partner with hiring managers on recruitment and planning, and support organisational change, engagement and HR projects with data-driven insights.
