The position owner has a key role in providing governance, guidance and support of HSE throughout the entire ENO organisation and all assets which fall under the responsibility of ENO. Participating and maintaining a strong network inside and outside of Statkraft. Support and guide the ENO Management team, the VP O&M in all matters of HSE to make sure safe and efficient operation of all operational assets in the Region 1. Maintaining compliance with CPs, Law legislation and Industry standards. HSE in O&M activities Support O&M organisation in HSE Support onboarding of new contractors into the Statkraft HSE performance monitoring and reporting Execute planned and unplanned HSE inspections in the organisation Ensure high HSE standards in the Company Represent ENO and SEL on all topics of HSE internal and external Execute onboarding of new employees (incl. agency workers) on HSE matters Responsible to organise and execute HSE events such as Safety-Standdown and Safety-Days Executing Investigations after incidents and/or High potential risk observation Performance monitoring Monitor planned vs actual status on relevant performance indicators Development of new performance indicators Development and implementation of improvement tools and processes Driving Change and improvements of HSE in the O&M organisation Implementation of new process or ways to work Monitoring implementation status and reporting Identify improvement potential and suggesting solutions Support in the integration of new assets into the existing organisation Following new development Repowering Support in M&A activities in Statkraft Reporting on area of responsibility Emergency Response and Emergency preparedness Any ad-hoc duties as and when the time may arise The position will interact with internal and external stakeholders mainly but not limited to the UK and Ireland. Strong relationship with HSE representatives in the Statkraft Group The O&M organisation is located on multiple locations across the UK and Ireland, therefore travel in the region and some international will be required from time to time. The position will report to the Vice President O&M UK and Ireland The position will be a Tier 1 member of the O&M Management Team WORKING TOOLS Main SAP and subsystems Risk management and registration tools Microsoft Office systems Statkraft software and tools Qualifications Experience in the power, oil & gas, process industry Interpersonal and organisational skills, team working capabilities, time management skills, analytical thinking, and a problem-solving aptitude.
